BuenaOnda YOGA has every intention of providing a positive and safe experience. However, as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. You assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. BuenaOnda YOGA cannot assume liability for any injury sustained through participation. You hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter.

BuenaOnda YOGA tiene intenciones de dar una positiva y segura experiencia. Sin embargo, como en cualquier actividad física, el riesgo de lesionarse está siempre presente. Si sufro de cualquier dolor o molestia durante la práctica de yoga, escucharé mi cuerpo, interrumpiré la actividad y pediré apoyo del instructor/ra. Sobre ello asumo total responsabilidad por todos y cada uno de los daños ocasionados, para con mi persona, durante esta clase. BuenaOnda YOGA no asume ninguna responsabilidad por cualquier lesión ocasionada durante la misma. Por esto, estoy de acuerdo de manera irrevocable a renunciar al derecho de demanda que pueda o podría llegar a tener contra BuenaOnda YOGA a raíz de lesiones físicas, desde el día de la fecha en adelante.
